felythonarive is committed to providing exceptional personal budgeting education and support. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want our refund process to be as straightforward as possible.
Effective: January 1, 2025Refund Eligibility Criteria
We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fairness for both our students and our educational mission. Your eligibility depends on several factors that we evaluate case by case.
Full Refund Eligibility (100%)
- Cancellation within 14 days of initial enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials
- Technical issues on our platform that prevent course access for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Course cancellation by felythonarive due to instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment
- Duplicate payment processing errors verified by our billing department
Partial Refund Eligibility (50%)
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days of enrollment with less than 40% content completion
- Medical emergencies with proper documentation submitted within 30 days
- Military deployment orders received after enrollment (documentation required)
- Major life circumstances that prevent course completion (evaluated individually)
Important: Refunds are not available after 30 days from enrollment or after completing more than 40% of course content, whichever comes first.

Contact our support team with your refund request including enrollment details and reason for refund. We respond to all requests within 24 hours during business days.
Review Period
Our team reviews your request and account activity. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, during which we may contact you for additional information.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision and explanation. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Payment Method Considerations
Different payment methods have varying processing times and procedures. Here's what you can expect based on how you originally paid for your course.
Credit Card Payments
Refunds to credit cards typically process within 5-7 business days from our end, but your financial institution may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit to your account. You'll see the refund appear as a credit on your statement.
PayPal and Digital Wallets
Digital payment platform refunds usually appear within 3-5 business days. You'll receive notification from both felythonarive and your payment provider when the refund is processed.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds require additional verification and may take 7-10 business days to process. We'll need your banking information on file to match the original payment method.
All refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. While our standard policy covers most situations, we also consider requests that fall outside typical parameters.
Extended Absence Situations
If you need to take extended time away from your studies due to family emergencies, health issues, or other significant life events, we offer course deferrals as an alternative to refunds. This allows you to resume your studies within 12 months without losing your progress.
Financial Hardship
We understand that financial situations can change unexpectedly. While we cannot guarantee refunds for financial hardship alone, we encourage you to reach out to discuss payment plan options or potential partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Course Content Expectations
If you find that our course content doesn't match what was described in our marketing materials, please contact us immediately. We take content accuracy seriously and will work with you to resolve any discrepancies.
Important Policy Notes
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels. We cannot process refunds requested through social media, course discussion forums, or third-party platforms. Additionally, partial course completions may affect your refund eligibility, so please contact us as soon as you know you need to withdraw rather than waiting.
